Sarah helped me earlier this year find a house I absolutely love. It's a fixer upper, but that just means I get to turn it into a house I get to love for a long time. She was very patient with how many zillow links I sent her and my general lack of interest in most of the houses we saw. She helped me knock $15k off the seller's asking price, which has helped immensely in the renovating process. She was kind, fun, and overall a great realtor. I highly recommend.
