We ultimately found a great historical fixer-upper that wasn't even really publicly listed yet, and we grabbed it before they could even do an open house. Without Sarah's fast work, we might have missed that opportunity. Sarah also worked with us to get all the strange paperwork handled for a trust account, and while that ultimately didn't work due to the seller's chosen title company, Sarah and other staff did do the legwork for us. Sarah was very friendly, as well as willing and able to work with us at nearly any time we were available.
