We wanted to explore what Kalamazoo had to offer and decided to go through a realtor so we could get the fastest info on houses even before they hit Zillow and Homes. Sarah worked with us very quickly and we viewed many houses that fit our wants at least personally. She was able to customize a lot of the desires we had as she got to know what we were looking for through the viewings. We ultimately found a great historical fixer-upper that wasn't even really publicly listed yet, and we grabbed it before they could even do an open house. Without Sarah's fast work, we might have missed that opportunity. Sarah also worked with us to get all the strange paperwork handled for a trust account, and while that ultimately didn't work due to the seller's chosen title company, Sarah and other staff did do the legwork for us. Sarah was very friendly, as well as willing and able to work with us at nearly any time we were available.
