Sarah went above and beyond. During my first interview Sarah asked me a series of questions about my family's needs, desires and home buying goals. Having identified properties my family wanted to tour, Sarah lead us to our pre-identified properties but also included, "surprise properties," she thought we would like based on our interview. Sarah was a fantastic person to work with. She was great at listening to what we wanted in a home/land and helped us find that. She was great with providing information regarding land, wells, and zoning. She was quick to respond to us and stayed in touch with us often. She also has a friendly and professional personality.
