Working with Sarah was awesome!! Sarah was very responsive to every email and phone call, quickly sent every document needed for us to make a decision from well report to details about the HOA and it’s bylaws. Sarah delivered all the necessary information on time and provided comps enabling us to make a good decision. We flew out and and met Sarah who was available spend the day with us and take us on a walking tour of the property, and pointed out the property lines. Sarah knowledgeable about the local area, the community and places to go and things to see. She was able to provide list of services that would be available and needed as we are planning to build a home. Will definitely work with Sarah again.
