Sarah was a pleasure to work alongside with looking for my first investment property. She was very knowledgeable and helpful answering all my questions that I had. She was always willing to set up appointments anytime to whatever I needed. I was always prepared by her before looking at a property by giving me the comps and any information I needed on the house before the appointment.Sarah would always adjust or tweak the areas I wanted to look into and offer advice, sending mailers or zeroing in on a certain area if I wanted. If I had a question she couldnāt answer she would find out and get right back to me. Sarah was a great communicator always sending emails and texts keeping us informed and updated constantly. There were times I was frustrated with not getting a certain property by being over bid but she would encourage me and allow me to come back when I was ready. She knew how far she could go. Sarah made it fun and exciting for me. I definitely know I wouldnāt have stayed with my searching if it wasnāt for her. It was a pleasure working alongside Sarah and I canāt wait to do it again.

Sarah was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. After my first call to her she went to work and had the comparable pricing all done before we even met at the property. She could then help me work out a pricing and selling strategy that worked perfectly getting multiple offers and a the perfect buyer within a week at a much higher price than I thought I would ever get for the property. She then followed up through the selling process even taking my calls while she was on vacation to make sure everything worked smoothly. While working with Sarah she was always extremely quick to answer my questions (and I had A LOT of them) as well as manage my expectations for selling my house. She candidly explained to me that although Zillow said my house was worth X that is was actually worth around Y due to current trends in the market which was very eye opening and made the process much less painful as I knew almost exactly how much I would actually be getting for my house.
