We live out of state which presented a lot of challenges in this hot market. Sarah listened carefully and respected our price point and "must haves" only showing us home that met most of our criteria. She gave us virtual tours and tried to see the homes though our filters as she described them. Many homes were gone before we could even put in a bid. Several of our bids were rejected because we insisted on an inspection. Sarah persisted and found us a perfect home that we are confident will give us years of enjoyment.

Sarah was a workhorse. She was an excellent realtor and in my 67 years I have worked with many of them so I can compare. She knew exactly what I was looking for and didn’t waste any time. She was courteous, efficient, and very pleasant to work with. She was always available to answer any questions or concerns during the search for a property and during the closing. I can go on and on about all the excellent qualities she has and I will highly recommend her to others.
