She even got on the phone and found me an inspector when I was having trouble putting together a last-minute inspection. I never felt pressured by her at all, which is actually kinda rare for agents. I have been disappointed in the past with agents who were more focused on a quick sale than making sure I found a property I wanted. While she is ready to provide recommendations when requested, she never once suggested that I use a particular inspector unless I asked for her advice. In my opinion, this is a mark of integrity. Sarah was courteous, patient, efficient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our needs were met in every way. She set us up with area resources for our autistic son, arranged and supervised work assignments for the home repairs, and checked to make sure everything was done according to our wishes. I have never met Sara personally. My father passed in 2021 and he owned a plot of land in Clearlake. I found Sara on the internet and took a chance on her, and what a great chance it was. I am in Colorado, and I was handling the sale for my mother. Sara was very helpful and knowledgeable, and very prompt in returning calls, responding to messages, and always keeping me abreast of what was going on. The property sold in less than two months. The only regret I have is that I will probably never meet her to personally thank her for all she did.
