She is always quick to respond to any questions and will go above and beyond to help resolve issues. She is quick to provide recommendations for professionals as needed throughout the process. She even got on the phone and found me an inspector when I was having trouble putting together a last-minute inspection. I never felt pressured by her at all, which is actually kinda rare for agents. I have been disappointed in the past with agents who were more focused on a quick sale than making sure I found a property I wanted. While she is ready to provide recommendations when requested, she never once suggested that I use a particular inspector unless I asked for her advice. In my opinion, this is a mark of integrity. When you're buying a home you want an ally to guide you through a process that is likely foreign to you. Sarah is the rare real estate agent who you can trust to represent your interests as she guides you through the daunting journey that is buying a home. She set us up with area resources for our autistic son, arranged and supervised work assignments for the home repairs, and checked to make sure everything was done according to our wishes.
