We decided to use Sarah as our selling agent as my kids knew her daughter from High School and we heard she was a great agent. From day 1, Sarah walked us through the selling process, and was VERY knowledgeable, confident, thorough and gave us great comps which led to us selling our home in record time for well above our expectations!! The photographer she used for our listing pictures took amazing Wide angle photos that really highlighted the property. We had only 5 showings in a few days and 3 of them made offers!! The home sold through a VA loan so it's one of the more difficult to process, Sarah was extremely patient with the whole, somewhat frustrating, process, as this was our 1rst home sale. She knew what needed to be done to get it through the loan. Selling or purchase of a home is always stressful, I sold and purchased quite a few homes in 50 plus years,but I have never had a great experience like I has with Sarah Chapma. she is very knowledgeable and right there anytime you have any questions, she is with you every step of the way. I interviewed a couple realtors, and one Person was like " you can't list it for that Amount you never get it, so I have to think about taking your Listing, she never even walked through my house, Sarah walked my house and told me we will list it for what you want to list it for. And guess what the appraisal came in at the Amount I needed, and I got what I was anticipating. I have a little of a temper and hard to deal with at times, which I told Sarah when I signed up she was awesome Sarah never took offence. So, my point to this entire story she is a great Agent.
