Sarah was recommended to me by another agent. From the beginning of the process, she had a vision of what needed to be done to show my home in the best light possible. While always communicating with me, she made arrangements to keep things flowing smoothly. I would recommend Sarah to anyone who needs a professional, innovative, and caring agent.
Sarah was great at handling all of the juggling that we had with escrow, the negotiation with the repairs and basically all of the logistics - we had to deal with. We are happy with all of her client services. We would be happy to recommend her to everyone.
Sarah was outstanding! Always professional and eager to help in explaining and communicating the home buying process. She knew what we wanted and only showed us houses within our price range and desired floor plan. She exceeded our expectations.
Sarah listed our property on a Friday, and I had 3 offers by Tuesday. She then negotiated a best and final over 2 days increasing our net profit by approximately 8%. Thank you, Sarah.
Sarah was with us for over a year looking for the perfect house. After writing multiple offers on different properties she did not give up. I would refer her to anyone looking for a house.
Sarah’s the most decent , honest and hard working real estate agent that I’ve met in the USA
