Sarah helped us purchase our home when we first moved to area and sell it when we moved away. Both were great experiences. When buying, she really understood what we were looking for, but did it by showing us options and getting our feedback. It wasn't just a cursory interview. As a result, we ended up with a house that really worked for us. She was a great sounding board and asset during the negotiation which initially started out pretty far apart, but she recognized we were firm so she fought for us. When selling, Sarah was always reachable, even when she had to take care of a family emergency and we are talking as she is getting on a plane. Also, you don't just get Sarah, you get her entire network which includes experienced stagers, photographers, home maintenance referrals, a great marketing team, and fantastic back-ups. I don't know if we would have been able to sell our home as quickly or at the price we wanted without her stager. She made the house look incredible and all with our own furniture and most of our furnishings. Sarah was extremely helpful through the negotiation and close which turned out to be a little trickier than expected. If we ever move back to the area, we would contact her first to help find us a home.
