Our experience with Sarah was phenomenal. She is very detailed oriented, was attentive to our needs and quick to respond to calls, texts & e-mails. We were relocating from Iowa to Michigan; I was living locally and my husband was living out of state which created some additional logistical challenges which were no problem for Sarah to navigate through. Sarah worked with us to understand our needs and wishes, quickly pivoting to different areas of metro Detroit as we tried to determine which city we wanted to relocate to. I also must mention that this all occurred during the months of March - May 2020, the worst phases of the pandemic. We started out thinking we would be able to tour homes in person, unfortunately, we slowly began to realize that it was not going to be possible if we intended to keep with our timeline of relocating by the end of May. Sarah worked with us to tour homes via Zoom and ultimately put an offer in on a house that we never physically were able to see until the point of the home inspection. She even went so far as to assist a selling agent that hadn't used Zoom before to help her learn how to use Zoom so that we were able to see a home that we wanted to see. Another strong point to mention was that due to her experience, she often asked questions during our showings about things that we didn't think to ask about or realize due to seeing a home via Zoom vs. in person. This was very helpful in ensuring that we considered all facts about a home which helped us to decide which home was going to be the best fit for us, particularly since we weren't able to physically see the house until after placing an offer. In summary, I would recommend Sarah as a buyer or selling agent - we had a wonderful experience that can be attributed to her experience, great customer service and diligence as a professional real estate agent.
I loved working with Sarah. Not only was she knowledgable and pleasurable, but she was also very patient. Sarah is very familiar with Birmingham and Bloomfield. She knows most of the realtors in the area. She is a true joy to be with and makes the process of finding a new home as enjoyable as it can possibly be - which is hard as home shopping can be very stressful. She is also very patient with her clients. We never felt pressured throughout the process. The main bummer about finally finding a home is that we don't get to see Sarah on a regular basis!

My husband and I spent several months looking for our first home. I thought our house criteria was reasonable, but due to our work locations the area we were looking in was a very difficult market for our criteria. Sarah was extremely accommodating and helpful during our search. She often arranged a showing for us as soon as a new home popped up on the market that had potential. One day, a home with great potential came on the market. Sarah was able to quickly arrange a showing that worked with our schedules. We saw the house at 4:30 pm on a Friday and we were informed that all offers were due at 7:00 pm that day. We were able to view the house and we knew right away that it would work well for us. Sarah was able to quickly work with us to create the best offer possible in such a short amount of time. We were able to successfully submit our offer in time and get the winning bid against the other 7 offers! Sarah's knowledge and negotiation skills were critical for us to navigate such a competitive space. We are so happy with our home purchase and are grateful for Sarah's help! Sarah was very willing to explain the selling process to me and was very clear and effective when darling with the selling realtor and the contractors. I don’t believe we could have closed our deal with a less experienced realtor. I was also very pleased that Sarah knew the market well enough to raise our selling price - and we sold in one day!
Sarah is a very professional and experienced realtor. She is very organized and capable. We were out of state buyers and she would do FaceTime walk throughs for us and take measurments. Documents were a breeze with DocuSign. Sarah did the walk thru with the inspector when we couldn't make it and took notes with pictures.
