Sarah was the best agent we could ever hope for as a first time home-buyer. She made the process so much easier for us than we anticipated. The one thing we hate is being constantly harassed about buying or being pressured to spend more than we want. We met Sarah over a year ago and mid pandemic, we took a break from the house hunting. She checked in on us but not to the point where we felt harassed. When we were finally ready again, we gave her a call. From day one she made us feel at ease and we trusted her right away. We knew she had our backs from day 1 and we were able to stay in the budget we wanted, the mortgage we wanted, and also got the home we REALLY wanted. With this competitive market, we thought it was impossible to get a decent home without spending our life savings. But she made it possible! & exceeded our expectations. I am a complete novice when it comes to anything home purchasing and she answered every single dumb question I had, any time, any day. I asked her to explain every single document to me and she didn't hesitate. If you want someone efficient, communicative, smart, dependable, and FUN, then she is IT!
