Sarah helped the reviewer buy this property

Amazing experience for first time buyers

It has been a pleasure working with Sarah. Her knowledge and experience in the field made her an ideal realtor. She helped set up viewings for open houses and she made sure to ask listing agents all the important questions. Her ability to read a home based on the conditions of the exterior (roofing and foundation) made it so much easier to decide when to submit offers. She recommended a great lender after we were having difficulties getting in touch with our previous lender. They made the paperwork and escrow process an easy one for first time buyers such as ourselves. We greatly appreciate when she made sure we understood everything that required our signature. With her help and guidance, we found our dream home within three weeks. She has been very reliable and always answered all our inquiries in a timely manner. We would definitely refer her to all our family and friends.
