It’s been a months-long journey searching for the right house, and a bullet train speed through escrow. Sarah has been very patient and accommodating while providing her vast expertise in the whole process: From the little details in the house on the market to the very big details. She will be very upfront about whether a house is worth the investment and why (e.g. the value is too high for the area, house is unlikely to pass inspection). We all know that house hunting is a nightmare. You have to consult and cry to your wallet about the costs, locations, and personal preferences. We were clients with extremely complex requirements that frequently changed throughout the whole process. Our wants and needs kept changing and adapting with the turbulent nature of the market. We became unsure what exactly we wanted and our search times were constrained (one of us did not live in the area), and this made it difficult for our agent to identify what we wanted. We went from a large home to a small home to a duplex back to a large home with price limitations. We’ve seen such a vast array of houses (over twenty, maybe even thirty, seeing 5-11 houses in a day), and we’ve also seen a lot of bad ones…Really bad ones. Some you’ll expect in a horror film. Sarah shut those down with one glance. For fixers, Sarah tells us which ones are worth fixing and negotiating, and which ones are not at all worth the time. She takes the time to answer all of our questions but most importantly, she wants us to find the home we genuinely feel comfortable with and won’t push us to choose a place we feel isn’t right for us. All in all, Sarah is a fantastic agent who knows her stuff, patient, accommodating (we had calls at unholy hours known as 11PM), and has a great sense of humor. 10/10 would reach out again.

Sarah is a fabulous agent. I was not happy with my last real estate agent, so I was wary this time around but Sarah turned out to be an excellent choice. She's an excellent communicator and always available - which is critical in a challenging market where things are moving fast. Our offers and eventual transaction went well into the late hours of the night and Sarah was always available and on top of things. She checks in regularly every step of the way and wants to know you're happy and at ease. At one point during our transaction things were getting a little dicey with some foundation issues and when I talked to Sarah about it, she was ready to back out of the deal if we weren't comfortable - that said alot because at that point we had gone pretty far down the rabbit hole. She is also very knowledgeable about the slew of real estate transaction docs and will sit down and walk you through them if needed. After closing, Sarah stays in touch and is willing to listen and help any way she can. We are still in touch to this day and she sincerely wants to know how things are going post-closing. She's also very good at talking with other agents which helps butter things up when you do find a house you like - which I think played a role in the home we bought. We were pretty active in searching for listings daily which is pretty much how things work these days with so many tools available directly to buyers, but I would say the online house hunting tool that Sarah uses (forget the name) isn't the best - the houses it sent us didn't fit the bill and they were slow to post. Sarah is generally fun, positive, likeable, and has a passion for real estate, I recommend her without hestiation!
