Sarah Taldo-Brothers and Zach Brothers work together to provide the best for their real estate clients.
Sarah Taldo-Brothers was born and raised in Springdale, Arkansas, then met and married Zach Brothers of Rogers while attending the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. Sarah graduated from the U of A with a degree in psychology, and Zach graduated from UCA with a Master's degree in physical therapy.
In 1999, they settled in Springdale to solidify their NWA roots and raise their two children. Zach practiced physical therapy for 22 years, ultimately becoming a partner at Trinity Rehabilitation, while since November 2000, Sarah worked as a REALTOR® and executive broker / VP with Weichert Realtors- The Griffin Company. In 2006, Zach obtained his real estate license to help Sarah with various real estate ventures, including investing in rental property. In 2022, he sold his ownership stake in his physical therapy business and joined forces with Sarah to pursue full time real estate activity including REALTOR® listings & sales, development, and rental property.
Sarah has spent lots of time serving on Springdale’s Housing Commission, President of the Board of Directors for Arts Center of the Ozarks, President of a local PTA, member of the Board of Directors for Springdale Chamber of Commerce, and she is a current member of the Board of Directors for Arts One Presents, member of Patron Shelf for Springdale School District, Downtown Springdale Master Plan Steering Committee member, the Walton Family Foundation’s Northwest Arkansas Affordable Housing Fund Developer Focus Group member, and a member of Springdale Public Schools Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Advisory Board.
When not immersing herself in real estate, Sarah enjoys connecting with family & friends, participating in community faith group, spending time outside on the trails, gardening, volunteering, and enjoying all the other things Northwest Arkansas has to offer.
