She came highly recommended by a close friend, and she absolutely lived up to the hype. From the start, she immediately understood what we were looking for and made the entire process easy. Communication was always great, she was quick to respond, and when it came time to negotiate, she was an absolute bulldog. We always felt like she had our best interests in mind and was fighting to get us the best deal possible. Couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and would recommend her without hesitation.

My agent was professional, I chose Sarah because she had bought and sold many homes in my area, who better to know the people and area. Sarah came to 98% of all showing to give the features of home, the area, lake and boat basin access information. Etc. My complaint was with buyer. Buyer was an agent ,but never identified himself as an agent until he made an offer. Now I was put in predicament of a lower price and paying a commission to this buyer. I felt his tactic was unethical and should have been presented at first showing. I don’t believe he should have gotten a commission if he didn’t represent himself at first walk through as an agent. Sarah my agent never knew this information either until the day he made an offer.

I would recommend Sarah a thousand times over. This was my first time putting a house on the market and I was a nervous wreck. Sarah’s professionalism and knowledge were such comforts to me throughout the process. She truly does go above and beyond for her clients! I was able to sell my home for a great price, even in a tough market.

She kept her word and exceeded expectations, providing above and beyond service and guidance with not just the preparation, marketing, and selling of our home, but also with the mortgage process and the purchase of our new home. Sarah has been absolutely amazing to work with. This was my first time buying a house and I was so nervous. After meeting her for the first time I felt comfortable. I ended up buying new construction and Sarah was patient l, and made sure I was 100% happy. I got an amazing deal thanks to her hard work.
