We looked at many houses together, and she stayed patient, informative, and never once made us feel pressured. Sarah made the entire process feel comfortable and exciting instead of stressful. On top of being professional and knowledgeable, she was genuinely kind and sweet, which made working with her even better. My agent was professional, I chose Sarah because she had bought and sold many homes in my area, who better to know the people and area. Sarah came to 98% of all showing to give the features of home, the area, lake and boat basin access information. Etc. My complaint was with buyer. Buyer was an agent ,but never identified himself as an agent until he made an offer. Now I was put in predicament of a lower price and paying a commission to this buyer. I felt his tactic was unethical and should have been presented at first showing. I don’t believe he should have gotten a commission if he didn’t represent himself at first walk through as an agent. Sarah my agent never knew this information either until the day he made an offer.

I would recommend Sarah a thousand times over. This was my first time putting a house on the market and I was a nervous wreck. Sarah’s professionalism and knowledge were such comforts to me throughout the process. She truly does go above and beyond for her clients! I was able to sell my home for a great price, even in a tough market.

Best ever! She doesn't believe in " I don't know" answers. She digs and digs untill she finds out. My house had a buyer in just two days!! Kept me informed of the whole process from beginning to end.

Sarah was fantastic. From day one she was in constant communication. If ever I had a question she would respond promptly with the answer or let me know she'd find out. We were successful in being pre-approved, finding our home, and closing all in 26 days time. I could tell she truly had my wife and I'd best interest at heart.
