Sarah was a good representation for us in the house buying process. In the beginning, she was more communicative. She has great market knowledge and knows what she is talking about. A blemish I saw was there seemed to be a sentiment that if we did not go with her referrals, then we were making the wrong decision, mainly with our lender for the mortgage. I think waking up to alarming text messages were not ideal and only caused us more anxiety. I was hoping our agent to be more supportive of us and our financial decisions rather than creating inner guilt or stress. Other than those things, Sarah is more than capable of doing her job.

Sarah provided excellent service. She was professional, friendly and helpful along with being both knowledgeable and informative. Her communication was excellent and she provided timely updates and guidance. Although there were hiccups beyond anyone’s control, she managed the process flawlessly, making a stressful at times situation feel manageable. She was patient and honest so matter how many questions I asked, she took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood what she meant. I’m so very thankful she was our agent and I would definitely recommend her to others in the future!!!

Her insight is uncanny and her personality makes you want to take up buying and selling homes just to be around her. Sarah balances her ability to withstand the pressure of intense negotiation with setting expectations supported by data. She understood the desires of the buyer and was able to keep them interested and enthusiastic, while getting the price we (seller) wanted. There is no one better suited for her profession.
