Sarah was very patient with a first time landlord. She guided me through the entire process. Sarah found a young couple. She convinced them to commit to a 2 year lease! She knows how to pick them; the couple have never been late with the rent. I will definitely call on Sarah the next time I rent, sell, or buy.

Sarah was fabulous from the start. When we first met she came prepared with market analysis. Sarah listened to what I thought and had in mind and we agreed together on the sale price of the home and when I wanted to sell it. When it came time to put the house on the market Sarah came back over with staging supplies and helped me get my house ready. It made the process really enjoyable and I felt confident going into pictures and when my home went live. After I received and accepted the offer Sarah and I had to navigate a terrible buyer but I felt good knowing Sarah had my back and ultimately the deal finished and was a success.
