From the outset of our first meeting, Sarah has been completely responsive to all our requests and took a great deal of time to visit many, many properties with us. She kept us informed of her schedule so we could plan accordingly. But best of all, she worked at getting to know us and helped us gain a fuller understanding of our desires and what we were looking for in a new home. This helped her direct us to properties that were of greater interest to us. She has also been incredibly patient with us as our minds were being very picky in what we liked and what we didn't like. She was also very helpful in pointing out potential flaws in houses we toured and talking about possibilities that existed for moderately costed modifications that could get us closer to meeting our demands for a new home.
