Our experience with Sarah has been nothing but wonderful! Four years ago, Sarah helped us purchase our home in Tempe. She recently helped us sell this same home after we finished remodeling. The ease of communication was exceptional! Things such as taking care of a small rental for us to stay and cleaning the home for the open house. We were out of the country when things were going through inspection and she was amazing at coordinating on our behalf items to finalize to make sure we closed on time. Sarah was wonderful to work with. She was very accommodating thru-out the process of buying our home. She referred us to an excellent lender, loan officer, and home inspector that shared the same initiative in providing an easy process for us. We were impressed with Sarah's preparation when we had appointments for showings and sense of urgency. It was nice to be able to let Sarah handle most everything while my wife and I enjoyed the process of searching for our next home. We were also stunned the day that our moving truck pulled up to our new place Sarah and her sister had shown up to give us a hand!!
