My boyfriend and I were first time home buyers when the COVID pandemic first started. Not only did Sara help us through the new, exciting, and scary process of buying our first house, she also helped us with the new restrictions that came with the COVID pandemic. She answered any questions we had and made sure we understood every part of the process. I could rave forever about our house buying experience we had with Sara. She helped us find a house with everything on our must have list, and it was below our max budget. We will recommend her to anyone interested in purchasing or selling a home!

I’ve worked with Sara twice. Sara has helped me to work with builders in 2009 and also to buy an existing home in 2019. Both experiences have been great. She continues to reach out and responds when problems arise after the house closings (for instance, my dishwasher wasn’t working properly and she put me in contact with the correct person to fix it, since it was still under warranty). She is easy to communicate with.

Being new to the city, I asked my daughter who she would recommend for a realtor. She had a friend who was previously a realtor and he recommended Sara. When I met Sara, I knew this was the realtor for us. She listened intently at what we thought we would like to have in a new home and she showed us numerous great possibilities. She was very helpful throughout the whole process and we are now quite comfortable.

Sara helped us purchase our 1st home, 8 years ago (she has a lot of patience) She helped us look for the perfect home, listened to what we were looking for and was able to give us several options in the areas we were looking. 6 years later we asked for help to sell that home and get our dream home. She is very knowledgeable in her work and fun to work with. If we EVER need real-estate help again she will be our go-to agent.

We worked with Sara for about 2 years to find just the exact right house for us. And we did! Sara was patient, experienced, and extremely helpful in our house hunting. She also got our old house sold and at an agreeable price. I absolutely would not hesitate to use Sara in the future and have recommended her to friends several times.

Our house was not the quickest to sell, but once the market picked up and Spring arrived, we did sell our house. Sara was kind, calm, and did the job for us. She was a Pleasure to work with.
