Sara Sanchez was my realtor and was a big help on the sale of my house. She was always open for any questions and always had answers. She helped me move my furniture which was a huge help for me and was always very caring and supportive even to my personal matters. She made herself available when I needed her emotionally. She became one of my favorite friends to talk to and to ask for advice when needed. She is honest and a hard worker. My house sold very fast and I was satisfied with all the work Sara did to help me make it happen. She will be an asset to any person she will work for.

Sara was such a great person to work with. Being first time home buyers we were really nervous and lost with the whole process. Sara helped us navigate this whole process and let me ask all the questions I wanted no matter how small or big. I was fortunate enough to connect with Sara a couple of years back while looking into a property located in Castle Rock. I was immediately impressed with her approach to the whole realty game. She was so easy going and personable. Definitely not like some other realtors I have had the displeasure of speaking with. She immediately did a bit of research on the property and found out there were several title issues and most likely would not work for my needs. Sara was amazing throughout the whole process. She held our hand along the way and went on several wild goose chases with us. She never made us feel like we were wasting her time and was very encouraging when several of our house offers did not work out. I believe we spent nearly a year looking for a home together and in the end, we ended up with the perfect place that suits our families unconventional needs. Sara is definitely an amazing realtor and an absolutely outstanding human being. We are so blessed to have been able to work with her through this whole process. We will definitely work with her again and will be recommending her to all of our friends and family who are looking to buy a house in the area.

Sara was a great help in guiding me through the steps to get my home ready for sale. I was informed of the things that make a home appealing to potential buyers . I liked that she gave me a list of days and the times she would set up viewing appointments that would work best for my routines and need in each day. Sara was at my home for each appointment showing and was with each person through out my home, through each room so I had no fears of anything coming up missing. The demand to view was so high that my buyer went above my asking price to ensure they would be persons bid I would accept. Sara followed up with me through it all and I feel that she is a friend as well as a person who I can count on to alert me of any potential homes that will suit the needs of myself and my family when we begin the search again for our new property we are in search of.
