Sara's extensive knowledge of Maui, the real estate market here and all the local regulations and rules, together with her professional, diligent and attentive nature, really made our buying experience a positive one. As we are from the Mainland, this was extremely helpful for us in our decision-making process. She is a great listener and she was consistently a step ahead of us throughout the whole process -- knowing what questions to ask, understanding what laws we should know about, anticipating what documents to ask form, scheduling meetings, preparing us for next steps, etc. She took the initiative of taking extensive notes during property visits and sending the information to us for us to review, so we always felt we had the complete picture. As we did not have ready access to our computers, she was also very thoughtful in preparing paper packets for us to peruse so we did not have to look at the information on our phones.
