If we could give 10 stars to Sara we would do so. Sara is super responsive, friendly and knowledgeable! Not all realtors are created equal, but we felt extremely lucky to be working with Sara when selling our homes in Maui. She performed beyond our expectations making sure that we were well informed throughout the process. Great communication occurred throughout and she stayed on top of every aspect of our sale and made sure that everyone stayed on the original timeline. Sara was right on with her pricing recommendation and we were able to receive top dollar for our property. We met with Sara Fox after deciding in August to sell our three bedroom condominium in Wailea Fairway Villas. After seeing our home and discussing the current market, we signed with Sara, stressing our desire for a quick sale. Over the next two weeks, we worked with her, addressing the specifics of readying our home for an open house for realtors on August 27th. Her staging recommendations helped showcase our home and its unique qualities and features. She guided us through presentation requirements and prepared an incredible video in advance of the open house. We’ll save that video forever, because it highlighted the beauty and livability of every room in our home and the advantages of owning in Wailea Fairway Villas. We listed at $1,299,000. Within an hour of the open house, Sara presented us with a cash offer of $1,450,000, with the buyers requesting a 30 day escrow. We accepted the buyer’s offer and worked with Sara as the sale moved to completion. During escrow, Sara gave us timetable specifics with step by step information we needed as we completed paperwork and a short list of correction items. We had a wonderful selling experience with Sara and her team. All of the "hidden" back-office support people (the ones who quietly make all the magic happen with paperwork, scheduling, etc.) were very professional. Sara really knows the South Maui market and was spot-on with her recommendations for staging, preparation and pricing. Her team also provided extensive handy-man repairs and updates, all as part of Sara's seller's commission. It was a wonderful experience. Probably the easiest and smoothest home sale I've ever been involved with!

If you aren't used to driving a fast car, working with Sara Fox was like driving a Porsche. Better fasten your seat belt! Not only did she strategically evaluate the pricing of the property, we offered it $55k over the last comparable sale and it sold in one day! I have worked with many realtors, but none compare to Sara. Sara is very professional, hard working, and went above and beyond on our recent home transaction. It has been a lifelong dream to find a home in a warm climate like Maui and Sara helped to make that happen! As a new buyer in Maui, we had a lot of questions and Sara did an amazing job finding the answers and getting clarification whenever it was needed. As we are from the Mainland, this was extremely helpful for us in our decision-making process. She is a great listener and she was consistently a step ahead of us throughout the whole process -- knowing what questions to ask, understanding what laws we should know about, anticipating what documents to ask form, scheduling meetings, preparing us for next steps, etc. She took the initiative of taking extensive notes during property visits and sending the information to us for us to review, so we always felt we had the complete picture. As we did not have ready access to our computers, she was also very thoughtful in preparing paper packets for us to peruse so we did not have to look at the information on our phones. Without a doubt, we would highly recommend Sara for your buying/selling needs.

Sara is fantastic to work with! We have one rental condo on Maui and are looking for a second one. Sara is very knowledgeable and easy to work with... she worked really hard for us at the beginning of Covid on a condo purchase, and she just keeps on helping. Her husband is amazing as well if you need a few handyman/updating jobs done! What a great team!
