She showed me probably over 30 different houses, and was able to get me in to see pretty much any listing same or next day. She worked with me for several months, always making me feel that she was putting my needs and desires first. She was courteous, dedicated, professional, motivated, and above-all, patient and friendly. Househunting in Nashville was a stressful experience. Working with Sara gave me hope, resulting in us ultimately finding a lovely home.

Ms Griffin did a fantastic job as our trusted realtor. We needed a condo in a very particular area, and she arranged that we could visit all of them in the same afternoon. Throughout the process she was incredibly efficient, always answered the texts or emails we sent within minutes. During the negotiating process she always promptly sent us the modified documents which all parties had to repeatedly sign. We really appreciated that she was more of an advisor when we discussed what we were looking for in that condo - we never felt pushed by her towards any of the condos she had shown us. What impressed us the most however, was that not only she was steadfast in representing our interests, but on several occasions she did it proactively (something which we have never seen before from a realtor), and equally impressively she never boasted with her such achievements, and did not expect an acknowledgement or praise. To give a specific example, when there was a discrepancy in the indicated monthly HOA fees between the original Property Disclosure form and the data obtained from HOA before closing, she immediately found out the reason for that (change in HOA fee between the time the property first appeared on the market and a few days before closing), and negotiated a financially very beneficial solution for us. Again, she did it with the utmost efficiency and keeping our interest the most important thing for her. Basically, by proactively negotiating an extra price drop for us, she essentially knowingly decreased her own commission. We can honestly say that were extremely happy with the highly professional and still very personalized and trustworthy service which Ms Griffin provided us with during the process of our purchase. We highly recommend her as a realtor, and will for sure enlist her help again, should the need arise to purchase another property.
Sara was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely patient with me when I took a year off from my home search, she didn't rush me and gave me honest feedback during our home showings.
