As first time home buyers, we were clueless about the entire process of home buying and needed many questions answered. Sara alleviated any fears that we had about the process, answering any question we had from how mortgages and closing costs work, what the higher cost "fixes" in any house would be, etc. She also gave great input on how much she thought a house was worth (especially in this Nashville market), if she thought it was listed as overpriced or not, whether the house was well kept, etc. She is prompt to respond, and very patient - we had to bring our 3-4 month old extremely energetic son to tour potential homes and she would watch/tend to him so we could see the home without distraction. We would STRONGLY recommend her to anyone trying to buy/sell, and if we were to go back into the real estate market, we will definitely be contacting Sara!
