I am not sure where to begin… I am extremely grateful for all the work Sara did to help me, her integrity, hard work, kindness and patience are extraordinary and much appreciated!! I didn’t realize what an exceptional real estate agent Sara was until other friends tried to buy new homes and/or sell their homes, I then saw how Sara went above and beyond to make each (three sales) easy, painless and she was always looking out for my best interest. She did such an outstanding job and did everything for me, I thought that is what all agents did, until watching other people have to jump through hoops deal directly with lazy rude agents, a few ended up with their houses not sold and left holding the bag and all the heart ache and expenses that can go along with trying to sell or buy a house. She sold two homes, getting top price and multiple full+ offers on the first day of listing and helped me buy my dream house which I paid $50,000 less than I was willing to offer. She handled all the normal home inspections when you buy and sell a home (two rural properties that had to deal with wells and septic), Sara dealt with the lenders and all the agents to help move the sales along. When issues were found, she set-up and met with contractors, dealt and scheduled the work with the contractors until all the issues were resolved, She negotiated the price and handled everything to completion. She always clearly communicated every step of the way and offered options and explained everything constantly and consistently. I never had to lift a finger expect to sign the closing paperwork.
