After we decided to have NBH homes build our new house, we didn't really know the process. Sandy and Tom walked us through the process and was available to answer any questions he might have had. They both gave us suggestions and Ideas, but were not heavy handed. The number one priority from them was to make this experience positive. People often tell us that they would never build again. That is not the case for us. They will both be our agents when selling our old home in Havasu.

Tom understand our wants and needs. He kept a keen eye on the new listings for us and presented the ones he knew were what we were looking for. Good eye Tom, we are very happy with our new home.

Sandy and Tom helped us purchase the lot, develop and build. They were very supportive and added expert advice on the lot and the build. They worked in tandem with our builder, NBH homes, to build the best house for us. Always quick to get back to us if we had questions and if they didn't have the answer, they would do the leg work to find out ASAP.
