Sandy is so very easy to work with, and always available to respond to our emails and texts. She is enthusiastic, and at the same time maintains a professional demeanor. We were informed of the results of open houses and private listing in a timely manner, and Sandy kept us informed of conditions at the house, which was very helpful. For example, we had a bit of a delay in getting plowed out in a timely fashion and Sandy called us right away, rescuing a possible problem with an open house. This is the second time Sandy has been our broker while dealing with the settlement of an estate. This is never an easy time for either emotional reasons, or for the logistics of sell a property that is not your own. Through both experiences Sandy has been professional and sympathetic to us in difficult times. If you asked for a score I’d give Sandy Tobin a ten!

This was the easiest sales transaction I have ever experienced. Sandy worked hard from start to finish. She priced the house accurately, she attended every showing, she communicated clearly.
