Sandy is super knowledgeable about the Destin, FL area. She gave us a driving tour pointing out the dozens of condo units and providing insight on which properties were managed by strong HOAs and which ones were not. We purchased our condo (for renting) while out of state. She showed us several units using live streaming and the entire transaction was done remotely. She was very quick to get paperwork done and offers in front of sellers very quickly. It was a seller's market when we purchased our condo and Sandy navigated that environment very well.
Sandy was amazing in selling our house!! We live overseas and needed to sell our house after our renters moved out. Sandy helped us get it ready and on the market quickly. She helped us navigate a leak from the AC, an insurance claim and flooring replacement; all while still negotiating on our behalf with potential buyers. She also helped us deal with wood rot and roof issues. We never could have accomplished selling this house (and dealing with many challenges) without her. She truly cared about our house and our situation. i would definitely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house.
