Sandra was great, from beginning to end. Great ideas for remodeling and preparing the house for sale. She has vendors that do great work. She is totally honest and trustworthy. Sandra is very creative and hard-working. We really enjoyed working with her.

Sandra went above and beyond in helping us sell the property . We live out of state and Sandra took care of everything she arranged for contractors to replace the roof,she cleaned and staged the house in preparing it for sale.She was there every step of the way.

Although I was able to spend some limited time in Florida lining up contractors for some of the work, Sandra and her team did the lion's share of the work. Sandra used good quality contractors with reasonable rates. Sandra was professional all the way through the process and kept us informed of the status of matters. We trusted Sandra's judgment and were pleased with the outcome. We recommend Sandra for selling your home, especially if you are trying to sell your property and do not live in the area.
