There were many aspects of our sale that posed some challenges. Sandra is an experienced, professional broker. We felt some of the terms of some of the paperwork needed revisions, and Sandra worked with us to achieve our goals. She also gave us leads on contractors to replace the carpet and clean the villa before it was listed. Her advice as to what to do to bring the villa to market condition was spot on. Sandra listed the villa for a price we picked. Although the market is unusually active, the villa was under agreement in 2 days for slightly more than asking price.
