Although it was admittedly something of a "fixer-upper," Sandy and her team gave it their full effort, including quite a beautiful array of pictures online and two open houses over one weekend. The house sold in five days (with some 45 people having gone through to see it and six offers) for $40,000 over the asking price. From then on, Sandy was great about giving me guidance, quickly responding to questions and checking in to see if I needed any help in the moving process. Super experience working with Sandra Milano and her team at Re-max to sell my home. Right from the start Sandy was easy to work with caring and friendly. We completely agreed on the listing price and at what point to drop it. Sandy and the team took care of most of the steps in the process like scheduling and meeting with home and fire inspectors so I could focus on moving on myself.
