If you're reading this, you're probably trying to decide if you want to work with Sandra. Let me tell just tell you that you do. I found Sandra by word of mouth from a friend who helped her buy her house, and had nothing but wonderful things to say about Sandra. And I am here to sing her praises. The phrase Above and Beyond immediately comes to mind as the best way to describe Sandra's style. There were several things that she worked on behind the scenes on our behalf that we didn't know about until after we closed -- from fighting for us regarding a shared well, to working closely with our mortgage lender to ensure we were getting the best possible service on that part of the process. Her lifelong familiarity with Asheville and the surrounding areas were invaluable. And her knowledge of the real estate markets in the areas we were considering was vast. My husband and I were on opposite ends on just about every preference -- from location, new construction vs. established neighborhoods, 2-story vs. 1-story, city vs. county, and more. Sandra masterfully negotiated our conflicting wishes, and successfully bridged the gap so that we were able to compromise, and find exactly the right home. It's been almost 2 months since we closed, and Sandra remains an amazing resource for us, always making time to answer questions, and helping us make decisions on a variety of post-closing home-ownership things. But more than all of this, she made the home-buying process FUN. Going on showings with her was truly a delight. She has her clients' best interest in mind, and works as a partner and advocate to find them the perfect home. We're planning on making the home she helped us our forever home, but if we ever decide to sell and/or buy something else, Sandra will be our partner in that process.
