Sandra was called about possibly listing my mother’s house on a Saturday. She scheduled an appointment the following day. After meeting with her, she said she would review everything and get back with me. Surprisingly, Sandra sent estimates and suggestions by the early evening of the same day. After agreeing about price and what needed to be done before actually putting it on the market, Sandra always kept me abreast of how the market was going at that time. When everything had been completed on my end, Sandra came the following day and staged different rooms throughout the house. Sandra then quickly scheduled a photographer for the listing pictures. Once it was listed (in a matter of days), she began receiving notifications of showings. An offer was made 4 days after placing it on the market. Sandra was with me every step of the way until the day of the closing. She offered suggestions as to how to handle certain requests from the buyer. It was a smooth process. If I am in need of needing another realtor, Sandra Messer will definitely get my business. She is a great person to work with and was always very professional.

This was an unusual situation, as this was our parent's home and we live other places. Sandra's knowledge and caring were a shining light. She handled all aspects of our sale, and went above and beyond the "normal" duties of a listing agent. We would have been totally lost without her !
