Sandra has been a delight to work with. We have sold several properties and have had good agents. Sandra has set herself apart from all others. She’s informed, experienced, connected to imperative referrals and most of all a problem solver. Her expertise kept our purchase on track but could have easily derailed a less experienced agent. We can confidently recommend her and would use her again without hesitation!
There are not enough stars here to give Sandra an accurate rating, five stars are definitely not enough. My wife and I have purchased and sold several homes in the past. The purchase of our last home with Sandra as our buying agent, has by far surpassed all our previous experiences. Her high sensitivities to our needs, her virtuous patience at times when we really didn’t exactly know if we should relocate or not, her beautiful “down to earth” predisposition, her acute discernment to where we were through the whole process, her ability to be always on top of things, her superb professionalism, coupled with her most charming personality, has made our relocating to Southern California a true delight, an unforgettable experience.
We recently had the pleasure of working with Sandra McFetridge to sell our single-family home in the Pacifica San Juan community, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. We did interview other realtors before picking Sandra, but from the very beginning, Sandra impressed us with her deep knowledge of the San Juan Capistrano area and her strategic approach to setting the right sale price for our property. Sandra provided us with comprehensive data and market analysis, which gave us confidence in our pricing decision and ultimately led to a successful sale. Her expertise in the local market is truly unparalleled, and her insights were invaluable throughout the process. Not only is Sandra exceptionally professional and knowledgeable, but she also has a wonderful way of making her clients feel supported and at ease. Her communication skills are top-notch; she kept us informed every step of the way and was always available to answer our questions. We have our aging parents living with us, and Sandra ensured they are not being stressed with unreasonable showing time requests, and always worked with us (and them directly many times) to balance their comfort as well. Selling a home can be a stressful experience, but Sandra made it smooth and efficient. Her dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients set her apart from other realtors. We highly recommend Sandra McFetridge to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the San Juan Capistrano or neighboring areas. She is an outstanding realtor who delivers excellent results and will work with you like a member of your own family!
Sandra is one of the best agents we’ve ever encountered. She not only sold our house very quickly off market, which was incredibly helpful with having a family and small children, but she also made sure that every single item from beginning to end was taken care of. She is very professional, a great communicator during the process and knows how to get the job done with such ease. I can’t recommend her enough, thank you Sandra!!
Sandra is simply the best agent my family has ever had the privilege to work with. She was in constant communication keeping us abreast of all matters during the short process. Her understanding of the industry, its trends and experience where event. no matter the time of day or night Sandra made it simple Extremely professional, uniquely talented in a unpredictable industry
Sandra was able to find a house that met all of our expectations. However, as a new construction she could not control the unexpected obstacles that arose preventing us from actually moving in (things like electrical, water and gas hookups & city inspections). Therefore, there was a lag of 3 months when we were technically “homeless.” It would have been less stressful and traumatic if we were able to rent back some of those 16 weeks (eventually finding out that our buyers themselves would not be moving in until a couple months after their purchase). We were not informed as to the status of these obstacles which added to a feeling of helplessness as we waited for the house to be completed and certified by the city as livable.
Sandra represented me in two highly complex transactions, first as a Buyer and then as a Seller. As buyer Agent she negotiated $60,000 in price reductions as a result of inspection findings enabling a difficult purchase transaction to close successfully. She then immediately pivoted to represent me in a private sale transaction (over the holidays and in a tough market) sourcing buyers from her strong network and resulting in a successful sale. Strong communication skills and market knowledge, a deep rolodex of resources and the willingness to help solve any problem that arises makes her an ideal partner in any real estate transaction.
Sandra possesses in-depth understanding/insight of the current market trends in the community where our home is located. Fortunately, she lives in the same community, which was partially our reason to choose her as our agent. Knowing the neighborhood has practical advantages! Sandra demonstrated excellent communication skills. She was available and had immediate replies to emails, text messages, and by phone contacts, when necessary, during the listing period. During the weeks of selling our home, Sandra informed us of potential buyers who she kept in contact. She was effective in approaching them and sensing their interest. We often shared similar thoughts and direction of focus. We considered different strategies based on outcomes, e.g., number of views online, when to schedule open houses and viewings, etc. Her idea of using best evening sunset ocean views required extra effort and time. Sandra developed unique approaches to achieving the best results! Sandra is well-versed in knowing and applying her skills as a professional. She possesses a unique perspective and understanding of people, as individuals, families, and their life stages. She adjusts her approach accordingly and naturally. She is well-tuned to instinctively sense their needs and interests, often without their awareness. We are the fortunate beneficiaries of her talents! In summary, Sandra McFetridge is the agent of choice for all who desire someone who takes a home and quickly finds buyers with the least effort and at the best value! She worked tirelessly for weeks and got the desired results. (New regulations by home insurers added additional costs for compliance for closing escrow for our home. These were not expected by us nor our agent.) Thank you, Sandra!
Sandra was a dream to work with. I’ve never had a real estate agent be so on top of it, and get things done in such a short amount of time. She took care of every little detail, as we were out of state. We are so grateful for her hard work. Thank you Sandra for everything you did to get our home ready to sell!
I can’t say enough about Sandra and her incredible work. She is highly in tune with the market and was quick to understand our needs and accommodate accordingly. She handled everything with ease and was always quick to respond to my questions or concerns. Her thoughtful insights on how to handle situations is invaluable. Thank you Sandra!
