Sandra Marconi is the Team Leader/CEO of The Marconi Team located in Houston, Texas. Sandra along with her team brings 68 years of experience in the real estate industry. She is a native Texan having been raised in Port Arthur, Texas.
Graduating from school early she made the move to Houston where she met and married her husband Dominic of 40 years. They have 4 grown children, 3 awesome in-laws and 4 beautiful little grands. They have supported all the major colleges in Texas beginning with Texas A&M, The University of Houston, Texas State and The University of Texas. Half of their children are in the real estate industry; the other half are in finance. Sandra brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the real estate industry always being one of the top producing agents in an office of over 600 agents. She is also a real estate investor and loves helping her clients find that perfect home to use as a second home, investment or vacation rental.
Sandra and her team have benefited from years of coaching and mentorship with real estate coaches. Early on in her career she was told to never stop learning to this day this is part of her team’s mission statement. The Marconi team along with the Kristan Cole Network are always staying a breast of what the market is bearing in order to better serve their clients. When working with Sandra and her team clients can rest assured, they are being well taken care of and their needs are of the upmost importance.
Fun facts about Sandra, she loves to snow ski, prefers Colorado over Utah. Thrives at watching the waves roll in at the beach. She is over the moon proud of her children and their spouses. Believes she has the most beautiful little grands. Loves her Italian husband tremendously and an extra fun fact they both are Italian citizens.
