Sandra was great to deal with again. We worked with Sandra a few years back on our first house. She definitely didn’t disappoint this time around either. She went the extra mile every step of the way. We almost lost the house a few times. Sandra did a great job keeping all parties on the same page to make sure things were finalized. I always felt Sandra was in command of the situation and putting us in a good position. Even several months later, she was able to help when some issues popped up with the house. A+ job all around.

Sandra has become family through our experience of buying a home. We were moving to CA from Oregon and I wasn’t excited about it. I don’t think I could have made the move without Sandra. She was patient with us, she was responsive, knowledgeable and honest. She went out of her way to help us find our home. And once we found a home, she contributed to help us with contractors and inspections, permits and ALL the things. I can not recommend Sandra enough!!

We fell into Sandra’s hands unexpectedly and we feel extremely lucky that we did. We did not know we would be selling our home, and although our home was in great condition, it still needed a few last minute updates to get it ready for sale, and quickly. Sandra was very hands on and scheduled and met with multiple landscapers that could get the yard finished in a very very short time. She worked well with other realtors and negotiated with the buyers extremely well. We have sold a house before and our experience was not even close. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

I cannot begin to explain how appreciative I am of Sandra and how easy she made my family's relocation/move into the East Bay (Danville/Alamo area). Her knowledge of the local marketplace was clearly evident and had existing relationships that I could leverage which was important as a newcomer to the area. Sandra took a vested/personal interest and it felt like she was a part of our family. She knew what we were looking for and hustled ever step of the way. Especially being from out of town, Sandra would do a lot of the leg work so I could be efficient while in town. Sandra was so nice to the entire family and actually took a vested interest in my kids and their activities. Even after closing when there were challenges, she was there to help us out long after she received her commission check! I would highly recommend Sandra to anyone, especially if you are looking for someone to add some personal touch going through buying or selling a home!!
