I cannot say enough positive things about Sandy. This was our first time buying a home, which means there was a LOT we did not know. Sandy took the time to explain everything and make sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process. She was on top of things every step of the way, kept us up to date pretty much daily, and responded almost immediately to all of our many texts and emails. We were in escrow during the holidays and were out of town, and still Sandy was at our property getting inspections done. She is THE BEST. If you are buying a house, you NEED her in your life. Sandra made our stressful move and uneducated househunt so much easier, efficient, even enjoyable. She was on point any and every time I met with her. She once sent me a email at 530 a.m. regarding the same house I ended up buying before it got relisted. Which saved about 15k. The bid was in at 426k and thru escrow guy lost his job and I picked it up for 410k due to Sandra being on point. If the house would of relisted it would of brought in the vicinity of 435k or better since the market was short on 400k houses in the area.

When we wandered into an open house "to get a feel for the neighborhood," we didn't realize at the time we had walked into our future home and simultaneously met one of the best real estate agents we've worked with. We were not prepared to sell our house at that exact moment, but we really wanted this new house, so Sandy leapt into action. She helped us prepare our home in one week, using her own personal time and truck to help us move stuff out, paint walls, stage the entire home and have it cleaned top to bottom. We had the broker's tour the 2nd week, open house on Saturday and it was sold that weekend. She negotiated a great deal on our house sold and kept the agent informed on the house we wanted. Wasting no time, she had our offer prepared and in front of the sellers within the next week. She was available every step of the way, encouraging when our heads starting spinning from the pace, and just kept cool the entire time.
