We were thinking about selling our house, but were concerned about all the many minor tasks that would overwhelm us in getting the property ready to sell. Sandra and Denise made it real easy, they reviewed the property and gave us a market analysis as well as specific reccomentations on what needed to be done and the expected costs. Once we gave them the goahead, they had all the contractors lined up and Sandra was at the house almost every day ensuring the work went smoothly and as expected. This is not the first propert I have sold and every agent promises this, but few actually deliver. In addition when the house was finally listed and we received offers - Sandra was completly respectful of our pricing requirements and was willing to work with us for the right offer. Even though I liked this other realtor also but Sandra already made such a positive impression with me, and that was just on the phone, I still haven't met her yet!
