We were looking for a townhouse in Forest Lake MN and really wanted to be ON Forest Lake. As we all know, that is a near impossible request. Sandy showed us a few townhouses that were nice, but just not with that million dollar view. One day she called us on a new listing, FIRST DAY, we rushed over to look. This townhouse was EXACTLY what we had been looking for and Sandy helped us write an offer that very day. We were outbid and our dream house slipped out of our hands. . . But WAIT, this was not Sandy's first rodeo, she tenaciously "camped-out" on this listing EVERY DAY, she knew how much we wanted it. Sandy called us late one night, the other buyers did not qualify.
