An amazing real estate agent who went far beyond expectations

I first met Sandi many years ago when she knocked on my door and introduced herself as a real estate agent. She visited briefly several times over the years, never pushing, but just wanting to talk and let my wife and I know she could answer any questions about the market and specifically Shadow Lane. So after my wife passed away, and I contemplated moving, Sandi was the first person I contacted. She gave me options; stay, rent, or sell. After months of thinking we talked again, and I decided that selling looked like the best option. Sandi could tell I needed a lot of help in fixing the house for sale, and she stepped up along the way, helping to find a great general contractor, and other vendors. I went on two trips during this process, one of them to Europe for three weeks, and Sandi filled in to work with the contractors and make sure things got done. She helped pick out colors and patters for flooring, counter tops, etc. The work was not complete when it was time for my trip to Europe, so Sandi managed the last week of work, put the house up for sale at the perfect price point, and worked with me on a counter offer while I was out on a sailboat. Certainly a positive real estate market was a boon, but I could not have done this without Sandi.
