I thought I'd write about the numerous ways Sandi has helped us out in the past months. From our first visit with her at our extremely challenging property, there was great comfort in knowing that she had seen everything before, and nothing scared her! Sandi had connections to everyone in town that works on flipper homes, and not only got the job done but introduced us to many "salt of the earth" people. Even with game changing decisions, her vendors were on top of everything even though I think it messed up their scheduling on other projects. On Monday when we received the Fed Ex envelope with the escrow settlement, we felt extremely relieved. Her expertise, connections, hand holding and ALL the time and energy Sandi invested in getting the property on the market and sold are greatly appreciated and will not be forgotten. We were "fish out of water" with this project, and we are thankful for what she taught us.

Can't imagine anyone better. She sold our home of 18 years, which was very challenging. Had 1.5 acres, and pool, lots trees = lots work/maintainance. Scared most people off. Lots negotiating involved. Lots inspections and repairs. We were supported by her in keeping close to our asking, over $25K over first offer. She was always available, responsive, kind, professional, and sooooo ethical. Then she represented us equally well on purchase of our new home. We were very difficult, had many criteria. We are picky, wanted best location in a very difficult market w/ low inventory. Bidding wars everywhere. She asked other agent if we made a sound offer w/ few contingencies would they consider our offer. Then she advised us to write a letter. Other agent said our offer was so great they weren't taking others.

Prior to this purchase, I've utilized Sandi's services on a number of properties. I've found both Sandi and her team to demonstrate a high level of integrity. They are exceptionally responsive, thorough with the paperwork, and aggressive in protecting my best interest. Sandi thinks outside of the box to provide workable solutions. I know she has gone beyond the call of duty to locate and negotiate properties that benefit my portfolio. She is well-connected and has good rapport with other agents and venders. Sandi is easily my Broker of choice.

Sandi is very quick to get back to you when you have questions about a prospective house. She advised is against bad sales obviously caring more that we got the right house bout just a quick commission. She also negotiated more for the seller to correct when we would have taken less. She recommended a wonderful mortgage broker. Everything was perfect I would recommend any friend or family member use her services without any worries.

I appreciate Sandi’s expertise and professionalism. She kept my family and I up to date with all that is involved in selling our home. She is friendly and very easy to work with. We made a smart choice with Sandi. She is a pleasure to work with.

Adam Fideli did a great job under somewhat difficult circumstances as tenants were still in the house at the beginning of the cycle and I am three hours away. Coordination of all repairs and contracts with agents and contractors was very efficient and timely. Negotiations were clear and my wishes were always given top priority. The efficient use of DocuSign expedited all of the required paperwork without necessary on-site presence and meetings. Closing by the end of year was critical and Adam guided the process smoothly and professionally. Thanks for a great job!
