Sandi was by far the best realtor we have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was prepared for every issue that arose throughout the selling process. I believe our house sold in only 10 days because of how prepared she was. I would highly recommend!
I thought I'd write about the numerous ways Sandi has helped us out in the past months. From our first visit with her at our extremely challenging property, there was great comfort in knowing that she had seen everything before, and nothing scared her! Sandi had connections to everyone in town that works on flipper homes, and not only got the job done but introduced us to many "salt of the earth" people. Even with game changing decisions, her vendors were on top of everything even though I think it messed up their scheduling on other projects. On Monday when we received the Fed Ex envelope with the escrow settlement, we felt extremely relieved. Her expertise, connections, hand holding and ALL the time and energy Sandi invested in getting the property on the market and sold are greatly appreciated and will not be forgotten. We were "fish out of water" with this project, and we are thankful for what she taught us.
