What stood out to me, when coming from out-of-town and the previous owners had all the power turn off and I needed to stay in the home. Samuel "My Agent" took it up on himself to make certain i would not having to stay where it would be uncomfortable and put me up in a hotel; while he checked into getting my power restore. He also, went way and beyond to pick me up from the airport being that i had no relatives close to pick me up... I give him a 7 STAR for his kindness and thoughtfulness.

Sam Is the most professional realtor I have ever worked with in my 25 years of buying and selling real estate. He is extremely conscientious and mindful of my best interest. He is more of a fiduciary than a salesman. Love his concierge service that included cleaning, minor repairs and staging; great for an absentee owner like me.
