What stood out to me, when coming from out-of-town and the previous owners had all the power turn off and I needed to stay in the home. Samuel "My Agent" took it up on himself to make certain i would not having to stay where it would be uncomfortable and put me up in a hotel; while he checked into getting my power restore. He also, went way and beyond to pick me up from the airport being that i had no relatives close to pick me up... I give him a 7 STAR for his kindness and thoughtfulness.

The experience was a bit stressful, more so for my girlfriend Nikole. While I was working her, our daughter (toddler), & the dog (Great Dane) had to leave the condo on a few occasions for showings of the unit. 1 main hiccup from a potential buyer who backed out on the deal in the 25th hour lol Thankful we received $1500 earnest check from them that allowed us to get a hotel room for the weekend which aloud us to find another buyer who eventually purchased our unit. Issues with the Lender qualifications to get our preferred loan to purchase our soon to be new home. In the middle of that process now and hope to close soon. Sam has stead fast and been positive through the entire ordeal. Once a neighbor & now a friend with a similar family dynamic as ours. We hope to continue our friendship long term.
