Sam went above and beyond in every aspect of our transaction. We live out of state and needed to quickly market and sell my father in law's house due to his admission to a hospice home. He sent a notary to the hospital, he and his wife helped us clean the house, donate clothes, move furniture, hire repair people etc. and the list goes on.
